The EDI Billing Contact MUST be completed in order for the practice to electronically submit claims to a clearinghouse.
The EDI Billing Contact can be accessed from the following location:

The EDI Billing Contact contains the following fields:
- Name: full name of the biller or the main staff/provider
- Phone: phone number of the practice
- Email: email of the biller or the main staff/provider
- Fax: fax number of the practice
- EDI Access Number: this field does not need to be completed
