There are Preferences for each Provider that can be configured where the provider's information will propagate in miscellaneous sections of the EHR.
The Preferences are located at the following:
Click on Persons & Institutions | Providers | select a Provider | Preferences tab
- Include Practice Name for Lab Requests: include Practice Name on printed lab request
- Include Provider Name for Lab Requests: include Provider Name on printed lab request
- Use Practice Address for Lab Requests: include practice address on printed lab request
- Require Clinical Note for Recorded Appointments: remind provider of Undocumented Sessions
- Appointment Reminder Phone Number: select which number shows on appointment reminders
