If a busy signal or no answer is detected, the system will try again approximately one hour later.
The system will make three attempts to contact the client.
If the voicemail is full, the system will detect this as an answered call, and the Appointment Reminder Status report will display “Call Made. Call Succeeded.”
The system will make no further attempts to contact the client for the current appointment.
