The following items are required in order to access Guarantor Summaries:
- The practice must have already purchased the Billing module. Please contact us through the subscription portal
- The clinic must be utilizing Offline Statements.
- Offline Statements will generate patient statements behind the scenes, rather than in real time. This allows the user to continue to work in other areas of the system while the statements are being generated.
- To activate "Offline Statements", please have the practice owner\stakeholder\provider contact our Support Team.
- Creating statements for a single patient can still be done on the fly.
- Statements are created offline whenever more than one patient is selected.
