Upcoming Valant Maintenance with Downtime Notice

On Saturday, October 19, we will be performing backend maintenance on Valant's infrastructure that will improve performance and provide a foundation for continued improvement. See "Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance" below for details.

To prepare for this maintenance:

  • Log out of Valant prior to this scheduled maintenance window
  • Communicate to patients that the MYIO patient portal and secure messaging will be unavailable during this time
  • Have a plan for e-prescribing during this maintenance window

Customer Service and Support Notice Regarding Hurricanes Helene and Milton

Valant has several customer representatives across our implementation, customer success, and customer support teams that are in areas affected by Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. As a result, there may be delays in response times due to power or internet outages. Your patience is appreciated during this time. We are sending our best wishes to all Valant users and their patients who may be affected by these weather disasters, and hope for everyone’s safety.

Change Healthcare Alert

Change Healthcare is experiencing a cyber security issue and is working to address the matter. Valant's security is not impacted. This issue impacts the Clearinghouse and eLabs. Users should not submit claims to Change Healthcare until this is resolved. Read more about what Valant users need to know.

Eligibility is not yet available through Change Healthcare.

Valant users may submit files directly to insurance payers. See Create EDI File for Any Clearinghouse article for specific instructions.
