Treatment Plan Notes

Treatment Plan Notes allows Mobile Notes users to easily pull the components (i.e., Problems, Goals, Objectives, and Interventions) from one or more active treatment plans into their Mobile Note, where they can then: 

• indicate which components they addressed in this session
• make comments on the components
• update progress on Goals and Objectives
• save these changes back to the treatment plan
• include these changes in the note pdf
• if desired, append the entire active treatment plan(s) to the end of the note pdf

1. Start a Mobile Note that contains the tab called "Valant Treatment Plan", and go to that tab
2. Check the box(es) next to the active treatment plan(s) addressed in this session. This will pull in the components (i.e., Problems, Goals, Objectives, and Interventions) contained in the treatment plan(s). Note that only active treatment plans can be included in Treatment Plan Notes. 
3. Within each treatment plan, check the box(es) next to the components addressed in this session
4. In each checked component, additional actions can be taken:
   1. Add a Note Comment to Problems, Goals, Objectives, and Interventions
   2. Add a Progress Update, Progress Date, and Progress Comment to Goals and Objectives To display/hide Progress Updates made in the past, click the arrow symbol next to "Progress History"
5. When all changes are complete, click "Save Updates to Treatment Plan(s)". Note that clicking this button will immediately save the changes back to the treatment plan, similar to the Meds & Allergies, Diagnoses, and Vitals tabs. The save is not dependent on saving or signing the Mobile Note itself. Also note that the Mobile Note cannot be signed until either the "Save Updates to Treatment Plan(s)" button is clicked or the checkboxes on this tab are cleared.
6. After clicking the "Save Updates to Treatment Plan(s)" button, a summary of changes will appear on the tab
7. If necessary, additional changes can be made to the treatment plan(s) by repeating steps 2-5
8. If desired, the entire active treatment plan(s) can be attached to the end of the note pdf by checking the box(es) next to the Treatment Plan Types in the "Attach Active Treatment Plan(s) to Signed Note" section
9. When the Mobile Note is signed, a summary of changes will appear in the "Treatment Plan" section in the note pdf
