Treatment Plan Content Libraries

Treatment Plan Content Libraries contain different sets of Problems, Goals, Objectives, and Interventions that can be added to a treatment plan.

Users with the "Treatment Plan Admin Access" permission can select which of the below libraries are available to used for treatment plans when they edit the Treatment Plan Types.

The Valant Library

The Valant Library is ready to use out of the box, and includes evidence-based Goals, Objectives, and Interventions for these common behavioral health issues: Depression, Finances, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Housing, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Schizophrenia Spectrum, Social Anxiety, and Substance Use. The Valant Library is available by default in the "Valant Treatment Plan" Treatment Plan Type.

The Practice Library

Practices that need or desire to create their own practice-wide library of Problems, Goals, Objectives, and Interventions that is can do so by building a Practice Library. Detailed instructions for how to do this are included in the below video. The Practice Library is available by default in the "Valant Treatment Plan" Treatment Plan Type.

 Custom

Custom allows the provider to add free text Problems, Goals, Objectives, and Interventions to a treatment plan. Custom is available by default in the "Valant Treatment Plan" Treatment Plan Type.

Provider's Personal Library (coming soon)

The Provider's Personal Library allows individual providers to save their own custom Problems, Goals, Objectives, and Interventions so they can use them again later. They can save Problems, Goals, Objectives, and Interventions to their Provider's Personal Library in two ways:

1. Navigate to Treatment Plan Admin | Provider's Personal Library, go to the appropriate tab, and click "+New".
2. While adding a Custom Problem, Goal, Objective, or Intervention to a treatment plan, check the box "Save to Provider's Personal Library".

Wiley Library (coming soon)

For a licensing fee, providers can access the Wiley library, which includes the contents of more than 30 Wiley Practice Planners books, containing thousands of empirically supported Problems, Goals, Objectives, and Interventions that target specific populations and areas of practice, including:
