Patients need to remember and enter their username and password to access MYIO.

Patients will not need to remember their password. With MYIO Magic Link login, patients verify their identity by entering their MYIO portal email address to receive a secure link to login through their email.  |
Benefits of MYIO Magic Link Login
Simplified Access: Currently, patients need to set and remember a username and password to access MYIO. In some cases, patients lose the credentials and struggle to access their account, creating additional back and forth between patient and provider. MYIO Magic Link Login lets patients log in quickly through their email.
Enhanced Security: With unique links sent to their email, the risk of password-related breaches is minimized, increasing trust and confidence that their information is secure.
Important Reminder for Practice Users
For MYIO Magic Link Login to work seamlessly, patients must have access to the email account registered as their portal email address. Make sure all new patients invited to MYIO have access to the email address registered to their account.
Gradual Transition
The traditional username and password login will remain available alongside the new option, allowing patients time to explore and adapt to the new login flow.
